we have a legal and ethical responsibility to ensure that the bars we produce for you are compliant with the FDA directive that all food products sold in the United States are both safe and free of "misleading representation" and/or "misleading claims" on bar package labels

This item is exclusively available for existing wholesale clients

The majority of our clients who do not have the word "YouBar" anywhere on their packages purchase this item so that they can have Product Liability certificates to give to their customers and retail locations with their company name on it

Listing as 'Additional Insured' on YouBar's Insurance dennisflynn any claims that our QualityYouBar carries a robust Commercial General Liability Insurance policy. If you would like your company to be explicitly named as 'Additional Insured' on our policy, and be issued with a document stating this, then there is a cost of $900 per year to do this. This 'Additional Insured' document must be renewed every 12 months from the date of document issuance, and will automatically expire after 12 months if not renewed.
